Ziki's Greek Street Food is set to soft open in July at Sparkman Wharf's Container Dining Garden, the beloved row of repurposed shipping containers that somehow manages to feel both industrial and charming.

A family operation with a proven track record
Ziki's was created by the father-and-son team behind Half Moon Seafood Company, and will operate from a location directly behind that restaurant at the waterfront destination.

The name itself references tzatziki, the cucumber and garlic sauce that Greeks slather on just about everything
— so right from jump, you know these folks have a sense of humor and a point of view. Co-owner Tyler Cate put it simply in the opening announcement:
"Our goal is for Ziki's to bring the authentic Greek street food that we love to the downtown Tampa community. The idea really came from traveling and just loving fresh, traditional street food. Everything's better wrapped in a warm pita with a side of 'ziki' — trust us."

Ziki's will serve fresh, made-from-scratch Greek favorites using traditional and authentically sourced ingredients and recipes. The menu features classics like the gyro, Greek salads, loaded Greek fries, and loukoumades — the Greek honey donuts.
The counter sits between Fit Bowl Co. and Dang Dude in the row of shipping containers along the Garrison Channel.
