Crushpad: swipe St. Pete homes like a dating app

How swiping works

Every home for sale shows up as a card. If it catches your eye, swipe right and it goes into your saved homes. If it doesn't, swipe left and move on. It's a quick way to figure out what you actually like in a St. Pete home.

Your saved homes stay in one place. You can see them on a map to check where they sit relative to work, the water or the neighborhoods you're weighing, share them with a partner so you're both looking at the same shortlist, and request a tour when one is worth seeing in person.

Ask Crush about a home or neighborhood

Crush is Crushpad's AI home assistant. Ask it about a home you're looking at, or about a neighborhood you don't know yet, and get an answer without leaving the app. If you're new to St. Pete, it's a fast way to get your bearings before you dig into the neighborhood guides on this site.

Where it works

Crushpad covers homes for sale across four counties: Pinellas (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, the beaches), Hillsborough (Tampa and its suburbs), Pasco and Manatee. Thousands of homes for sale, updated throughout the day.

It runs in the browser at crushpad.homes on any phone or computer — nothing to install. The iPhone app is in App Store review.

How to start

1. Open Crushpad on your phone or computer.
2. Swipe right on homes you like, left on the ones you don't.
3. Check your saved homes on the map and share them with your partner.
